About Me

Irene Sojak is a kindergarten teacher with 11 years of teaching experience.  She graduated in 2013 from the University of Texas at Brownsville with a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies.  Mrs. Sojak enjoys teaching students and opening their minds to appreciate the love of reading.  She has an enthusiasm for teaching and making each child feel important and gain the confidence to reach their potential.   

Mrs. Sojak is grateful to be teaching at Dr. Cash Elementary.  The commitment to student excellence is seen daily by all the amazing people (administrators, teachers, custodial staff, and cafeteria personnel).
