About Me
Yuri Gracia is a Respond to Intervention teacher with 9 years of educational experience. She taught 4th grade for 7 years and graduated from the University of Texas at Brownsville. She also received a certification as a Speech Assistant in 2014. She is currently working on her Master’s degree in School Counseling. Ms. Gracia has a passion to help all students succeed outside and inside the classroom. Her role is to identify students who are struggling and provide them with support. She uses progress monitoring and analyzing data to help close learning gaps. Mrs. Gracia provides coaching and support to teachers who are implementing interventions. Her goal is to make sure every scholar’s needs are met academically. She loves to help her scholars grow and succeed.
Ms. Gracia works with teachers, administration, and stakeholders to help meet the academic needs of our scholars. She works with individual and small groups of scholars both within and outside the classroom to assist students to perform at grade level and meet state and district standards.
