ABOUT ME

Kelly Benavides is a 3rd-grade teacher at Dr. C.M. Cash Elementary. She has been teaching for two years and takes pride in teaching at the same school she attended as a child. She graduated from the University of Texas A&M Kingsville where she obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. Teaching is her passion, and she believes that a child’s education is vital to laying the groundwork for success, not only in academia but in life as well. 

Aside from teaching, Ms. Benavides loves to spend time with her husband and three children. She also loves the Dallas Cowboys, painting, and visiting art museums. You can reach Ms. Benavides at [email protected].
