About Me - Araceli Vasquez

My name is Mrs. A. Vasquez and I am the school counselor. I graduated from the University of Texas in Brownsville in 1997 with a teaching degree. I taught bilingual first grade for 9 years and then graduated with a master’s degree in school counseling in 2006 from the University of Texas in Brownsville.

This is my 22nd year with the San Benito School District. I am a proud parent of a middle school boy and a college scholar. My hobbies include: cooking, zumba dancing, reading, and spending time with family.  My highlight this summer was a ship cruise to Jamaica, Cayman Islands, and Cozumel.
